Ink pen, acrylic pen and watercolour pencils.
This drawing literally took years to complete, starting as a purely ink drawing in 2008, in storage for many years in between, more ink work in 2016 and then I decided in 2024 that it was too dark and the Dryad was drowning in shadow - she needed light and a touch of colour. I broke in a gorgeous set of watercolour pencils my mother gave me, which was significant to me because the drawing began when I was exploring to my feelings on motherhood.
